Hotels in Frankfurt

Frankfurt accomodation is, in German style, efficient and clean. The German tendency to be quite terse does not end with their receptionists and concierges though, so less bold travellers may feel a little hurt at the perceived lack of manners. It is simply part of the culture, so don´t take it personally. You can get a hostel bunk in the center of Frankfurt for 20 Euro (US$27) per night, ranging up to 1000 euro (US$1300) or more per night for the 5 star hotels. Average prices are around 100 Euro (US$130) and you can often find good specials online, meaning that a couple can stay for around 50 Euro (US$65 per night).
