The unique style of fashionable Miami now has a new star destination; the Hotel Beaux Arts Miami, in the city’s thriving downtown Financial and Design Districts. The Beaux Arts is actually a hotel-within-a-hotel, a separate part of the brand new JW Marriott Marquis, which opened in October on the Avenue of the Americas.
The Beaux Arts is a new luxury brand from Marriott chain, catering to upscale clientele who prize their privacy. The Marriott’s promise with its Beaux Arts brand is to offer guest first class services and total exclusivity.
The Hotel Beaux Arts occupies three floors at the top of the Marriott Marquis, high above the city’s classic skyline, looking out over Biscayne Bay. It offers a separate private check in service and a personal escort to one of its 44 guestrooms or suites.
Its decor is bold and dramatic, celebrating Miami’s dedication to modern fashion. The rooms are larger than expected, sleek and masculine in style, each with breathtaking views of the cityscape and the Bay. Each features cherry hardwood flooring, espresso machines, and the Italian marble baths are stocked with Molton Brown luxury products.
The Beaux Arts also partnered with Bang & Olufsen to provide guests with a state-of-the-art entertainment system, including touch screen access to plasma TVs, surround sound systems, as well as motorised drapery and room lighting.
The price ranges from $400 USD per night to $800 per night for a one-bedroom suite with a whirlpool and a view of the Bay. Suites include concierge lounge access with complimentary snacks, desserts, hors d'oeuvres and afternoon tea.
In the public areas, the Beaux Arts Miami keeps up its dedication to first-class amenities, with a 10,000 square foot NBA-approved basketball court, a Jim McLean Golf School and pro shop that offers personal instruction, and a virtual bowling alley.
The restaurant, db Bistro Moderne, is a Miami version of the popular Manhattan hotspot, blending traditional French fare with American touches.
