Rome could easily be the destination in Europe with the most striking sites to see. Dining out is an experience by itself. One of the great sides of Rome for dinner, is the abundance of smaller, mid range restaurants, that serve up wonderful Italian food. And if you're starving for fast food in Rome, forget about McDonald's. You'll be hard pressed to find a place where you can get better slices of rectangular cut pizza, possibly the best in the world!

Rome is a place that attracts hordes of visitors, so a great time to visit Rome is actually just outside the peak season, in the spring or fall. It will be less crowded, the weather is fine most of the times, and you'll enjoy even greater hospitality in one of romes many restaurants and hotels. Rome is a middle range prices city for hotels, although upper range options can get quite expensive comparatively. Shop around for the option that suits you best.
